Shipping Policy

Every order is dispatched within 1–3 working days from our Stockholm atelier.

Your piece travels with a fully insured express shipping label - PostNord within Sweden, UPS for the rest of the world. Estimated delivery is 1–3 days from dispatch.

Customs & duties

For deliveries outside the EU, any customs fees or import charges are the customer's responsibility.

Inspecting your delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to check that the package has not been opened before it is collected or received. A package that is collected or received having previously been opened will not be replaced. At the slightest suspicion of tampering, please refuse to collect the package and contact us immediately at [info@maisonlefon.com] so we can activate the shipment's insurance.
