Refund Policy

Consumers within the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal, free of charge. The piece must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent, with all packaging, certificates, and documentation included.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned piece, or until you have provided proof that you have sent it back - whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the piece to us without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send the piece before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the piece. We strongly recommend a tracked, insured service for fine jewelry - until it reaches us, the piece remains your responsibility.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the piece resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

We refund the full amount you paid, including the standard outbound shipping cost, within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal notice (we may hold the refund until the piece is back with us, or until you provide proof of return). Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
